c1890s Niagara Falls Souvenir View Book Charles Frey Description ITEM: Niagara Falls NY Souvenir View Book (Charles Frey's Original Souvenir Albums) PUBLISHER: Chisholm Bros. Portland MeDATE: circa 1890 SIZE: 6 by 7 1/2 inches COMMENTS: 20 views. New Suspension Bridge and Falls, "Rock of Ages", Winter Sports at Niagara Coasting, Prospect Point, Bridge to Burning Springs and Clark Hill Islands, Captain Webb's Fatal Swim. Burning Spring, and others. CONDITION: The covers are worn and rubbed and split almost completely at the cloth spine. Very light dust soiling to the pages inside with cellophane tape repairs to 16th and 17th images. The previous owner repaired the pages on the opposite side but the image of the tape has bled through. SEE PHOTOS The Book you see is the book you will receive.
