They are holding mugs of beer and one appears to be handing the mug to one of a group of people including some Chinese. A Hoen Co. did the original lithograph and F Klemm of Baltimore was the original publisher. The headline reads: Fresh and Cold. This is a must-have for collectors of beer and alcohol memorabilia or any members of The Polar Beer Clubs, those interesting folks who insist on jumping into a cold body of water on New Years Day.
