Item This auction is for a lot of 23 old skeleton keys. They are a bit rusty, but in otherwise good condition. Please review the pictures and if you have questions or comments, email me! Only you know the details that are important to you! Shipping I try to charge actual shipping charges. In the event the item requires special packing, or shipping other than USPS, it will be detailed in the description, along with any additional charges that may occur. I print my labels through the ebay shipping service, therefore you get a well printed label, with free delivery confirmation and a barcode for easy tracking. I use sturdy boxes, bubble wrap when necessary, put items in plastic as needed, and pack securely with no extra charge to you. I mail packages on Tuesdays and Fridays. International Shipping I am happy to ship internationally, as I enjoy buying internationally! International shipping from the US requires inspection at the post office. I am usually on my lunch hour and may not be able to stand in line for as long as it takes. I ship international packages only one time a week. If you need the item shipped immediately, please email me and I will accomodate you for a $5 handling charge. Invoicing and Payments Communication is the key to a great transaction! If you feel you may have difficulty in completing our transaction promptly, please email me through ebay. Payment or intent to pay must be received within 3 days of auction end. If you have not paid or notified me that payment is in the mail within 3 days, I will send you a second invoice. If I have not received payment or heard from you in 14 days from the end of the auction, our transaction is considered void, a non payment notice will be sent to ebay and I will relist the item. I am happy to combine items in order to bring you the lowest possible shipping price! Please notify me through ebay if you intend to bid on more than one item. I will invoice you with your discounted shipping price, when you notify me that you are ready to pay! Returns I make every attempt to use lots of photographs, and a complete description. Sometimes details that are important to you, are not to me. Please ask questions. I'm delighted to hear from customers and try to answer within 4-6 hours. With ebay fees increasing rapidly, full refunds, including shipping are no longer possible. If you feel your item differs from the pictures and description, we may negotiate a partial refund. If you choose not to insure an item, and it arrives broke, I WILL NOT be able to refund your money. I've mailed over 1,000 items, great packing is a strong point of mine. Many buyers believe that feedback is really only important to them, so that sellers will let them buy. This is not the case. As a buyer, reviewing feedback should be the first thing you do after finding an item you might bid on. Without consistent positive feedback, you may decide to bid on a similar item, from a seller who has higher feedback, etc. The sellers I know take their feedback very seriously and appreciate customers who take just a few seconds to say thanks, and score the transaction.
