It is a wonderful estate sale find. It was purchased from a horse farm, so I am thinking that it may be blacksmithing, but I have no idea. Use your own judgment. The two handles have a lock or catch the end. The tool is in VERY GOOD condition. It shows some wear. The tool has a little surface rust. It is about 12" long. THIS IS AN AUCTION.
