These delicate blue faience tubular beads date to the XVIII Dynasty, the time of the legendary Queen Nefertiti. There are 10, each about 2.1mm diameter and between just under 1/4" to just under 1/3" long. They are made of faience and are so delicate that it is a surprise that they have survived. Indeed, for each complete bead, many broken beads are also found.
