This is a large fold-out paper item. It is a mailer inviting the 23rd Engineers to a reunion at the 1937 American Legion Convention and Parade in New York City. There is a lot of discussion about how wonderful NYC is and all the attractions. It has pictures of all the big names in entertainment that regularly perform in NYC - Jack Benny, Rudy Vallee, Ozzie Nelson, Helen Hayes and many more. A real education on what NYC is like in 1937...and what the American Legion Convention is like. One line says "This will be one whale of an interlude in a relatively dull century". Folds out to 33" x 23". Mailing size is about 6" x 8".
