One dozen rare old trade beads. These beads are handmade by the Dogon tribe from Africa. They are glass rings, in various sizes. They're not quite big enoughto fit on my little pinky. They're a deep cobalt or navy blue color. Each bead isa little bit different. These hail from the 1800s and are now very rare and expensive.I love them because they make really interesting jewelry. They can be strung togetheror used as spacers between larger beads when you want to make a really thick necklace.I have more of these in my store if you want more. About 1/2 inch in diameter, some a tad larger or smaller. Rings are relatively thin,around 1/8 inch. Super cool and collectible.
